Our Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your DC Canada Reading Program membership at any time through the platform or by emailing info@dcced.ca with “reading program cancel” in the subject line.
DC Canada will stop charging you as of the next billing cycle. You will not be refunded for the remainder of a month for which you have already paid.
You will be notified by email once your membership has been cancelled. You will not be able to create a new membership using the same email address after cancelling your old membership.
